Hiperbaric 135
Hiperbaric 135 is targeted for medium-high food production environments. Its 135 litre capacity vessel together with its bigger diameter, 300 mm., which provides an improved filling ratio and allows the processing of large products (whole hams, big formats etc), enables it to achieve throughputs of more than 500Kg/h. Its horizontal design and a contained footprint make it very easy to install, operate in an ergonomic way, and perform maintenance. MATRIX
Das Matrix System ist ein modulares skalierbares Applikationsframework für die volle Bandbreite der industriellen Automatisierung.Es basiert auf der Microsoft SQL Server Datenbank und einem performanten standardisierten Kommunikationssystem. Aufgrund dieser soliden Basis lassen sich selbst komplexe verteilte Produktionsabläufe einfach und effizient managen. Die einzelnen Oberflächenmodule, die eine in sich geschlossene Funktionalität darstellen, verfügen über eine standardisierte, aber dennoch flexible Schnittstelle zum Matrix Framework. Die Gesamtapplikation ist als .net Webanwendung konzipiert. Sie kann ohne Installation von jedem Rechner im Netzwerk gestartet und ausgeführt werden.Ferner besteht die Möglichkeit, an Clientrechnern herkömmliche SCADA Systeme wie WinCC oder InTouch in die Rahmenapplikation zu integrieren.Neben mehreren Standardmodulen, wie Alarm- und Ereignismanagement, Trending, Statistische Prozesskontrolle (SPC), Material Tracking System (MTS), werden individuelle kundenspezifische Module z. B. für Prozessdatenerfassung und Auswertung oder equipmentübergreifende Logistik- und Regelkreise erstellt.
