Denier Printed Fabric
• Product philosophy Denier, refers to polyester and cotton with the ratio of approximately 70-80% Polyester and 30-20% cotton, the mix blend of polyester yarn with Polycoton is because of the long lasting of the product with the same comfort as it’s washed first time and after several washing, the principle conviction behind manufacturing of this product is to keep in mind the usage of this product by the end user. • Background of the product The product have different lines, which we called as qualities as per the classification of the fabric, the possible combinations in this regards is depend upon the choice of width, total number of threads (this further depend upon the choice of read and pick) and finally the thickness or thinness of fabric this depends upon the choice of yarn count. The more fine quality customer required must have a high count and filling will decrease the gaps in weaving. So the combinations will entirely dependent upon count, number of reads, number of picks and width~ example like count of read * count of pick / number of reads * number of picks – width in inches. After weaving process, various printing and finishing have been applied on this in order to give it the final shape. • Dimensions (height, width, length, weight) where applicable The weight of this product is ranges from 70GSM to 130GSM. It usually manufactured in the range of 80 inches to 100 inches of width in finished fabric. GSM stands for gram per square meter. • Materials: The fabrication of these products consist of polyester and cotton yarn bend together during spinning process, these yarn have several qualities, we mostly used 30 and 35 count of yarns both in warp and weft. • Technical data: The scientific formula in making of this product composed of several processes, these are weaving of fabric, curing, bleaching, printing, finishing, ironing and final step if demanded by customer is stitching into bedsheets. Mostly customer buy finished printed fabric and stitch it according to their own requirement if they want to obtain our specialist in this regards than we stitched it. Every process contains several technicalities, like weaving contains blending of yarns such that it gives us the total threads of 150 plus and above as per the classification of the product setting of reads and picks are also the parts of weaving. After the weaving • Possible combinations: (100*30 / 76*76- 98”) this is one possible combination in which the first part of it before the division sign is basis of thickness and thinness of fabric irrespective of its filling in one square meter whereas the second part after the divisible sign is the basis of the filling of fabric from vertical to horizontal side of the fabric and the sum of both will gives the total count of threads in one square meter, and you can have the following combination in this product. • Denier Range Combination o 150*30 / 76*76 o 150*30 / 76*48 o 150*30 / 76*62 o 150*23 / 76*42 o 150*23 / 76*46 o 150*23 / 76*56 o 150*23 / 76*66 o 150*22 / 76*66 o 150*22 / 76*44 o 150*22 / 76*42 o 150*22 / 76*46 o 150*22 / 76*54 o 150*22 / 76*56 o 150*22 / 76*60 • Areas of application This product could be used for several purposes, like for sheeting on beds, tablecloth, the upper fabric of comforter, the design of bed forms etc. • Designers The application of the products depend upon the design of product, here at ATM we have our own designing department, which have more than 1800 different categories of designs for the fabric, the personnel are highly qualified from the best institute of Pakistan. • Color(s) The patterns and mapping of design consist of 4 to 12 colors, we have rotary printing machine for less color design as well as for the designs that are rich in colors say more than 8 to 12. • Product segments This is the finest product of ATM; consider the market of Europe, Middle East and America.

Printed Bed Linens
PRINTED FABRICS: We have equipment for rotary and panel printing. Our panel-printing equipment allow to print designs with size 160 x 220 cm. We are using pigment and reactive high-quality dyestuffs and chemicals of the European manufacturers such as Ciba, CHT etc. We offer almost unlimited opportunities for printing various designs at the request of the customer since we have own design studio, screens making department. We have about 1500 designs in our collection, but we are widely working with customers’ designs.
