AL-Adhesion-C fibers
The fiber has the following advantages: • Excellent bonding capability with cellulosic and other fibers ensuring very high product tenacities • Reduced dust formation during the production and reduced linting during use of the product • The fiber is available in 3, 4, 6, 8 and 12 mm, making it suitable for both M&J Fibretech and DanWeb Int. airlaid lines. • The only bicomponent PE/PP adhesive fiber in the world. Patented fiber technology. The future growth of thermally bonded airlaid products relies on continuous improvement of product properties. Consequently, ES FIBERVISIONS initiated a program to find ways of improving the dust control of thermally bonded products. With a new raw material formula and new fiber recipes it is now possible to get a much better bond between the bicomponent fibers and the cellulosic fibers. This immediately reduces the dust level of the products.

ES-Delta II
The fiber is developed for high loft nonwovens. The fiber design has the following advantages over its predecessors and competing bicomponent fibers: • The fiber network after oven is rigid and strong and results in a larger void space per cm³. The space within the structure can provide air for insulation purposes, a reservoir for fluids, a large surface area, bulk for stabilization or filling as well as many other applications. • The fiber has a higher temperature resistance, thereby lowering the thermal shrinkage of the fabric. • The ES-Delta II combination of PE (sheath material) and PP (core material) makes it an ideal and environmental binder fiber avoiding the use of adhesives. It bonds to all synthetic and natural fibers. ES-Delta is manufactured and marketed in a range of dtex in order to enable various applications. A large denier (dtex) fiber will increase the compression resistance or stiffness, whereas a low denier fiber will create a tighter network. Applications ES-Delta II fibers can be used with advantage in hygiene acquisitiondistribution layers, filters, household products, medical products and other air-through (oven) bonded products.

HY-Entangle
FiberVisions®¿HY-Entangle is a polypropylene fiber designed for the spunlace (or hydroentanglement) nonwoven technology. The fiber contributes to the manufacture of a soft, high-strength and drapeable spunlace product for medical and household cleaning purposes, make-up application, floor cloth, wipes and towellettes, and coating substrates. Typically, the fiber will be used in blends with viscose/rayon as the polypropylene fiber itself does not absorb liquids. The fibers offer the following advantages during the process and to the end product: • Good cardability and production economy • Fine fibers with low bending modulus • Fiber parameters adapted to the customer's product specifications • Controlled wetability • Minimal foam building in the spunlace process • Good bulkiness, strength and elongation of the product • The HY-Entangle fibers allow embossing of the spunlace wipe material • The HY-Entangle fiber has excellent biological and chemical resistance (both acids and alkalis and most organic chemicals) • The HY-Entangle can be used in blends with viscose or other absorbent fibers in percentages from 80% and downwards.
