Mr. Muhammed Rafiq Bawany laid the foundation in 1985 and the business began to flourish and

A.R. HOSIERY products were soon finding their way to the markets. Stretching over 2500 MetersLand with constructed building 30000 sq.feet  on area at prime industrial Area of Karachi Pakistan, the manufacturing lines and equipment are constantly upgraded to ensure highest performance standards and reliability and the widest range of product operation. Integrity as far as commitment to quality and 100% satisfaction of the clients, the guiding spirit for the organization, from the top man right down to a worker.

A.R. HOSIERY a vertical textile composite unit  which means its production activities start from knitting to garments and home textile  includes dyeing and processing  in same units

A.R. HOSIERY comprises following Department  and their brief introduction is given below.

KNITTING DEPARTMENT:

The knitting Department is presently has the 14 circular knitting machine of various Dia’s  and type (interlock, single jersey yarn etc) with a capacity to produce 4 tons/Day approximately. These machines are Germany, U.K. and Taiwan made

DYEING DEPARTMENT :

The Dyeing department at present working with 8 winche softflow machiness with a capacity is annual 4 ton/Day. We use the best Quality of dyes, colours and chemical of reputed firm sandoz  (clairiant) and  ICI. The dyes and chemical are azo free and OKO TEX Standard 100.

SOFT SETTING AND CALLANDERING DEPARTMENT

We have the Tube tex Compacter/Ttumbler, Compector, Heliout calandering machine and soft setting machine with 5 tons/day capacity.

GARMENT AND MADEUPS DEPARTMENT:

This department is prepare garments and made-ups from knit fabrics/Towels/woven fabric and it has 150 machines which are Single needles, over lock, flat lock and cutting machine with production capacity varies to Articles to Articles.

QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM:

The company produced high quality products and uses quality control system at all stages of production.

SALES:

The entire production is exported to European countries specially Germany, Spain and Austria.

KNIT ITEMS:  Jersey/Terry Fitted Sheets,  woven Fleet Sheets/Fitted Sheets, Pyjama suit, Shorty Sets, Night Gown, Polo shirt, T-shirts,  Maxi

TOWEL ITEMS:
Terry Towels (various size), Towel with Embroidery, Kitchen Towels and Terry Bathrobes etc.

WOVEN ITEMS :
Woven flat Sheets/ Fitted Sheets
