CCEA Srl – Technical Lighting – is a manufacturer of lighting systems for “work places”, mainly focusing its attention on textile industry, mechanics, machinery for gold industry and working surfaces in general.

The company was established in 1985 and has been since then maintaining the high quality standards of its production through constant research, projecting and development. Facilities and plants come from a modern conception and the production of tool and patterns is guaranteed by an inner qualified technical department. Our products are certified CE according to the CEI standard on illumination.

CCEA Srl well knows the parameters for the right lighting in specific work areas. We have over 80 standard products and more than 100 customized items. These differ from the first ones in dimensions, voltage, fixing opportunities, colors and other details that we shall you discover.

The Italian Regulation 81/2008 regarding safety on the work place draws a clear picture about what should the illumination be like on the work area. It is absolutely important to provide an accurate lighting on the work area helping to preserve the integrity of eyesight, make a safe work environment as well as provide psychical  and physical comfort. Crucial parameters such us the light distribution, dazzling phenomenon, stroboscopic effect, light direction, chromatic color and light control should extremely be taken into consideration while speaking of "lighting on the workplace".

C.C.E.A. knows very well all these criteria and they have become a cultural company philosophy and a psychological state of mind which starts with research, projects, trials and development to culminate with the final construction and end testing of all the items.

Particularly significant nowadays is the range of lamps exploiting the luminous efficiency of power LED technology. All the parameters mentioned above have convinced the CCEA management to make significant investments in developing led tech lighting.

Why LED? The Led as a light source can supply a white monochromatic color up to 6000°K which leaves unchanged colors on beneath materials, it is a no flickering light, it does not tire the eyesight with no UV and on IR emission. Furthemore the most advanced level of knowledge currently achieved in the Led field has endowed CCEA to develop efficient heat sinks to dissipate excess of heat in order to keep low the temperature of the Led modules. As a consequence, risks of maintenance and adjustment have been drastically reduced. 

The absence of filament in the Led module consent to project and make apparatus of illumination that can be also installed into burdensome environments. Last but not least let's touch the economic matter. Let's consider an Led module supplied at 700mA  current which gives a 3W light flow; if compared to a 6W regular halogen light bulb, it means energy saving up to 50%. Furthermore, with a lifetime of 50 000 hours a Led source can be uninterruptedly switched on for 6 years holding the same high efficiency flow, it means low costs of maintenance and repairs.
