GYS, founded in 1964, is located in Laval (France), about 280 km west of Paris, between Le Mans and Rennes.

This familial company, engineers and manufactures three product ranges:

• Arc Welding Machines: MMA/TIG/MIG/PLASMA
• Car Body Shop Equipment: Spot Welding Machines / MIG / Plasma Cutters
• Battery chargers

With 350 employees in a 16 700m² factory, the GYS consolidated turnover reached 47 M€ in 2009.
Export steadily grows and accounts today for 45% of the company turnover.
