DORNIER Air-Jet Weaving Machine AS, double width, with Jacquard Combination and PneumaTucker® tuck-in device for outer and center selvedge
The air-jet weaving machine offers the highest filling insertion performance in single and double width fabric production. A patented filling thread clamp, PWC, allows today also the insertion of Lycra and fancy filling. In combination with an intelligent electronic system, that raises the flexibility level in machine handling, monitoring, material adaptation and control it fulfills to match that of mechanical filling insertion, a high flexibility and fast reaction capability with a maximum of quality. This is why former flexible rapier and projectile weavers are relying more and more on these powerful machines.
