MasterGroupis one of the leading groups in Pakistan and is involved in Textiles as one of the core business areas for the more than 20 years. In Master Textiles Mills we have a Complete Vertical Setup which includes Spinning with 25,200 spindles, Weaving with 120 Air-jet looms, Dyeing & Finishing of Apparel Fabrics for 2.5 Million meters/month and Garment Manufacturing. 

SPINNING & WEAVING UNIT We have latest state of the art spinning unit of 25200 spindles with back process from Reiter, Simplex and Ring Frames from Toyota and Autocone form Murata. In weaving we have 120 Air Jet looms from Toyota producing 1.5 Million meters per month.

DYEING UNIT: Master Dyeing/Printing & Finishing Plantis purpose-built plant for dyeing Woven Fabrics.   We are applying various kinds of finishes on our fabrics like resin finish, water repellent, oil & soil release finishes with Teflon. We are also applying special finisheslike Flame Retardant using Pyrovatex certified on EN 531, High Visibility fabrics in orange and yellow shades certified on EN 471, IR Camouflage Printed fabrics for military, Flame Retardant Antistatic fabricscertified on EN 1149-1 & 3 using special antistatic yarns like Negastat, Resistat or Bekinox and Cordura fabrics. We are also producing fabrics with Protex fibers. 

Garment Unitis a complete, state of the art, cut to pack unit with all modern machinery to give an excellent finish product.  It is equipped with state of the art Bulmer cutting systemmachine along with American Eastman cutters to ensure precision cutting.
