Obeikan Technical Fabrics (OTF) is a producer and exporter of PVC/PVDF coated polyester fabrics, and PTFE coated fiber glass fabrics.

The Company started when Obeikan Investment Group, one of the leading suppliers of packaging products in the Middle East, was awarded the contract to supply 3 million square meters of PTFE fabric to the MINA TENT PROJECT in December 1998.

We are producing and distributing our tensile fabrics across the globe, our customers are guaranteed of high quality products that conform the highest international standards. Our diverse range of tensile fabrics includes PVC coated polyester and PTFE coated fiber glass fabrics. Depending on scalability of the projects, PVC coated tensile fabrics are available in different weights ranging from 650gsm to 1350gsm with acrylic and PVDF surface treatments. We are distributing our PVC fabrics under the trade names Obetex™ and Blockout™, these are widely used to build tents, canopies, air supported structures, car parking, marquee tents, military tents, refugee shelters, temporary warehouses and event tents. Obetex™ is available in different weights known as Type I (700gsm), Type II (900gsm), Type III (1100gsm) and Type IV (1350gsm). Blockout fabric is available in 650 and 800gsm, both in acrylic and PVDF surface treatment. We are offering warranty between 3-10 years for our PVC fabrics.

Our high quality PTFE coated fiber glass fabrics are produced from 3, 6 and 9 micron yarns to match wide range of architectural applications with life expectancy of over 30 years for some products. Obeflon™ is the trade name for our PTFE coated fabrics designed to withstand extreme weathers. The unparalleled quality of Obeflon™ is predominantly designed to deliver consistent and highly reliable performance for prestig-ious projects. Obeflon™ traditionally comes in white color after bleaching but can also be produced with custom colors under certain terms. Typical applications include roof tops, membrane structures and fire proof tents.
