Always regard innovation as the basis for enterprise development, our company was founded in 1993 with registered capital of about USD3.5 million (RMB 22 million), has focused on digital professional audio systems R&D, manufacturing, sales and services. 

We give not only capability but also production innovation. After nearly 20 years' pursue, we can now manufacture complete digital pro audio systems including digital mixer, digital amplifier, digital network transmittion and processing, digital powered speaker and line array system.

We have been leading an expert group to draft Chinese industry standard of over 100W pro digital amplifier.

And our loudspeakers have entered into EASE database. Due to our products’ professional and reliable, our products have been applied in many important applications including 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, The 17th South Asian Association (SAARC) SUMMIT and The Opening Ceremony of PALME Beijing show.

As Executive Member of China Audio Industry Association and Director Member of China Entertainment Technology Association, we have took the lead in passing the ISO9001: 2000 international quality management system certification and QC080000 international standards of green certified production systems in the industry. 

In 2011, Bao Ye Heng has released the first universal type digital mixer in the world. And our digital audio system and the technology have been included in a pro audio technology textbook for Chinese senior sound engineers.

In November, 2010, Bao Ye Heng has been nominated as “group leader unit for industry standard drafting of Chinese professional Class D amplifier”.

In August 2009, Bao Ye Heng was awarded as the "Safe Quality Project, Honoring Contracts and Trustworthy AAA Model Company."

In December 2008, C-MARK speaker has been granted with the award of “Superior Quality Products” by China Entertainment Technology Association in the first professional loudspeaker’s industrial competition.

Since the first assessment in 2006, C-MARK has been appraised as "China's top ten most competitive professional audio brand.

In December 2005, Bao Ye Heng has been granted as “First Grade comprehensive technical competence on sound projects” by China Entertainment Technology Association in the first competition.

In 2004, we have launched our own Class D amplifiers firstly in China.
