  • Biological Wastewater Treatment TFR Bioreactor
    The DAS TFR Bioreactors offer highly stable biological wastewater treatment and high efficiency in a very small footprint and at low investment and operating costs. The system provides both pre- and full-scale treatment of wastewaters, as well as the extraction of industrial water, which supports industries in complying with regulatory requirements, saving waste water taxes and reducing water-usage.   The Bioreactor uses a very light, small-grain carrier material covered with a highly active mixed population of bacteria that is adapted to their respective conditions. The microorganisms degrade the organic load from the water. Unlike commonly implemented wastewater systems, the carrier material bed is not located within a closed body of water and thus can be easily supplied with sufficient amounts of oxygen. The constant inflow of wastewater that trickles down over the bed is aerated by ambient air that is supplied by a ventilator at a minimum pressure and flows in the opposite direction.   The TFR Bioreactor is a highly efficient and highly flexible system for biological wastewater treatment that works reliably and adapts to different application areas and conditions: the equipment can be adjusted to different throughputs, concentrations and fluctuating compositions.     The smallest particle counter in the CLiMET family. The compact CLiMET CI-3100 RS particle counter is excellently suitable for use in monitoring systems because the pump can also be placed outside the clean room area or at uncritical points.   • CLiMET Series 150
    Particle counters of the CLiMET series 150 are compact 1.0 cubic foot units and operate independently of the mains. All four particle channels, date, time, flow rate, sample volume, measurement cycles, rechargeable battery status, identification points and the program identification are displayed on the large, coloured and clearly arranged touch screen display. Thanks to their handy size and their weight of only 6.5 kilos, these robust counters can be shifted easily from one test point to another. There is no need for cumbersome searching for power outlets or laying of extension cables.
