  • Angle meat mincers grinders
    Angle mincers are designed for mincing fresh or frozen meat, also in blocks (by using the special frozen block cutter installed over the passing worm).  The diameter and quality of cutting tools, robust construction and properly selected drive enable to process raw skins and frozen meat up to -18°C (while meat is pre-cut on guillotine). There is the possibility to install 5-piece set of cutting tools depending on the type of product and required level of granularity. Mincers can be also equipped in the set of tools for gristle and membrane separation and with separating head for poultry bones (separating head with slot or hole filter).
