ArtPapel is a history of paper, we love paper and the goods materials, parchment, leather, ribbons... We rediscovered the ancient techniques of bookbinding, the Japanese bookbinding, the Coptic and the Arabic, and with old techniques and news material our products of stationery becomes a pieces of art. ArtPapel produces is line of stationery only in limited editions of only 100 copies, so when you open one of our diary or photo album of Florentia Line, or Orient Winds Line, you really open a bookbinding handmade sewing, covered with the beast leathers or cloths. Florentia line. ArtPapel developed a line of diary and photo albums using the beast quality of Tuscany leather, mixing the ancient techniques of bookbinding’s with the new lines of Fedrigoni textured papers. Our diary and photo album, are sowed with organic linen tread of different colours, the flyleaves are copies of historical decorative Italian paper, and the leather covers are finished using gold and blind tooling. For the decoration of the Florentia line we use our collection of original XIX century brass finishing tolls.
