RECYCLING LINES
Our company is specialized in offering a wide range of machinery for textile waste recycling. In particular we have developed a new generation of waste openers with low installed power and high efficiency. Our recycling machines can be used to recycle second hand clothes, textile waste to produce shoddy. The new generation of openers can be used to recycle light non-wovens, spunlace and air-through, with a very high quality of open fibres, that can be re-used directly in the blend of the new fibres. We have always available our lab-machines to test the products of our clients. Our laboratory is equipped with machines to recycle clean textile waste.In the last year we have also developed a technology to recover the pulp and the SAP out from the interiors of the new out-of-standard diapers, allowing a good savings for the diapers producers.
