  • Suprasel® OneGrain® TS-M100: Breakthrough one-to-one sodium reduction solution for processed meat
    Suprasel® OneGrain® TS-M100 is a new salt replacer that looks, tastes, flows, blends and dissolves in the same way as regular salt. Up to 40% sodium can be reduced in processed meat through one-to-one replacement of regular salt with Suprasel® OneGrain® TS-M100. The product can be used in addition to nitrited salt for processed meat applications in which nitrite is required. Incorporating Givaudan’s TasteSolutions™ flavour technology, the new product features a flavour specifically designed to restore the eating qualities of sodium reduced processed meat. This ensures that consumer appeal is maintained. OneGrain® technology closely matches regular salt by combining different components in a single grain. This results in full functional properties and food safety benefits (water binding capacity, product shelf life). Suprasel® OneGrain® TS-M100 offers easy and effective sodium reduction through one solution for all processed meat applications. This enables a higher success rate in new product development, resulting in faster market introduction of sodium reduced products. OneGrain® technology from AkzoNobel unites salt, potassium chloride and flavour together in each single grain. The result is a product that looks, tastes, flows, blends and dissolves in the same way as regular salt, ensuring the same processing and storage properties. Givaudan has specially designed a unique flavour for Suprasel® OneGrain® TS-M100, using their industry leading TasteSolutions™ flavour technology. Tailor-made for sodium-reduced processed meat, this flavour restores the salt profile and meaty taste whilst delivering succulence.

    Big, fast and consistent in caliber! The TIPPER TIE SV4800 is the modernized and speed- and performance-optimized successor of the SV4603. It is the ideal clipping system for slicer ware and shaped products and closes plastic, fiber and collagen casings in calibers up to Ø 160 mm. With up to 120 cycles/minute it is the fastest spreading voider for U clips in the world. It closes all kinds of sausage, including scalded, raw and cooked sausage as well as shaped products with diameters 45-160 mm. The SV4800 is the result of many years of experience and systematic product development. The new spreading voider system also allows the processing of ham products. It can be used with every current artificial casing up to caliber 160 mm. For air-free slack filling the SV4800 can optionally be equipped with an overspreading device for total spreading up to 250 mm. High production speed The SV4800 convinces due to its production speed of up to 120 cycles/minute, quiet operation and powerful and maintenance-free PLC controlled servo drive. The speed can be set in 6 steps and adapted individually to every product.   • SVS3000 process visualization software
    Process visualization with new functions The updated Version 02 of JUMO's SVS3000 process visualization software is available right now. The software is now set up for international use. Going beyond the operator languages of German, English and French, it is now also available in Spanish, Russian and Dutch. It is possible to select from two different languages online while the application is running. At the software configuration level the user can choose between German, English and French. An update generator is integrated into this version as standard. This makes it possible to copy an SVS2000N application to the SVS3000 automation software. All the configuration settings are transferred and even the trend and group displays created in SVS2000N are converted to an SVS3000-compatible format. It is also possible to use the new functions SVS3000 contains to extend the application and adapt it to meet current needs. The modern layout of SVS3000 greatly simplifies operation, thanks mainly to the "tree navigation" on the left-hand edge of the screen. Your personnel will have no problem with it, even without training. Navigation within the created group/trend displays and flow diagrams has no unnecessary intermediate steps and you are just a click away from your destination. The familiar functions from the SVS2000N (quick and simple application creation, clear presentation of group displays and continuous and batch-related documentation) are available to the user in the new guise of the SVS3000.
