Acrilux is one of the Companies belonging to the Guzzini family. It is an Italian industrial group established in 1912 by Fratelli Guzzini: a rather unique story which began with the production of articles made of ox horn and charactirised by the subsequent use of synthetic materials, such as acrylic and polycarbonate.
A history of development and ongoing technological research that has led the company to acquire a unique understanding of thermoplastic materials.
Acrilux was created in 1966 and grew in this cultural and industrial context: a wealth of experience is what has led the company to a level of extraordinary knowledge of plastic materials and their applications.
For nearly forty years, Acrilux has produced thermoplastic components for luminaire manufacturers, and the company represents a benchmark regarding techniques in injection moulding and moulding by thermoforming.

ACRILUX production is divided in four main sectors:
1) the complete range of globes and shapes with related supports and accessories
2) fully enclosed units in PC for energy efficient lamps, designed to reach up to 65 on the IP scale and suitable for use both with normal electrical circuitry and for emergency luminaires.
3) transparent prismatic refractors and opal diffusers.
4) High-Bay and Medium-Bay transparent prismatic refractors.
