Albrecht Dürer was the most brilliant and most universal artist (illustrator, painter, graphic artist) of the Renaissance-periode (rebirth).

He lived in Nuremberg (Germany) and was the first who systematically characterized his works with a monogram.

This copyright statement soon became a seal of approval that has been widely imitated.

Besides the well-known works "Praying Hands" (drawing 1508) and "Hare" (watercolor 1502), "Knight, Death and the Devil" (copper engraving 1513) and "Dancing Peasant Couple" (copper engraving 1514) include his outstanding  creations.

ARTINA has these and other motifs masterfully immortalized in high quality pewter and thus recognizes the special talent and Work of this German genius.
