Belrey Fibres SA is a family owned textile recycling company with state-of-the art machinery and is based in Mouscron, Belgium.
Belrey Fibres operates five fibre lines with powerful tow cutters, pulling lines and integrated bale presses. Our yearly capacity reaches over 15.000 tons of recycled synthetic fibres, mainly polypropylene, nylon and polyester. Over 97% of our production is exported.
As we are one of the leading global companies in our area, we have access to fibres worldwide, which means that we have the possibility to offer almost any textile material required.
Recycled man-made fibres, custom-made
As a cost-effective and “greener” alternative to virgin materials, recycled synthetic fibres serve as secondary material for non-woven products in a variety of industries.
Through our customized blending and processing equipment we are able to produce clean and homogenous fibres.
We try to understand what you want to achieve and are able to develop a custom-made solution.
Saving costs through recycling
The recovery of waste materials as a secondary resource helps to cut down raw material expenses. We sort, grade and process about 60 tons of post-industrial textile materials per day and convert these into reusable fibres. By working together with our suppliers, we help them to divert textile material from landfill and to save costs for waste disposal.
You could also provide us with your textile waste material and we do the processing such as sorting, cutting, blending, pulling, baling, etc. on a contract basis.
