About Us

The business model of the bepro group consists of the remarketing of new OEM printing supplies for printer, copier and fax machines. We supply the complete value chain from the end user in purchasing to the end user in sales but also all the steps in the channels between. Our procurement department buys from a variety of customers, from private and commercial customers, empties collectors and brokers, IT service providers, system houses and printer manufacturers.  We have a wide and varied customer base which ranges from retail to non-vendor specific distribution and is not limited to any sector.

The bepro group currently consists of German bepro GmbH, which was established as the nucleus of the group in 2010. There are joint ventures bepro Italia Srl in Italy and bepro UK based in England. Our Dutch partner Mister Cartridge serves the Benelux markets. Combined the warehouses from all companies and partners within the group provide a virtual warehouse, offering more than 5000 different products in stock at any one time.

We also provide software through the German Pottsoft GmbH which services the group but also offers similar services externally.

We are looking for partners within Europe to expanding our network and of course customer and suppliers.

Bepro GmbH is a leading German re-commerce company in a niche market of original equipment manufacturer printing supplies. Using software developed in the group we can effectively handle large and small scale purchases and sales. This allows us to service end users in addition to a trading business with partners from the industry. As an innovative online tool we have our purchasing store, tonergeld.de which  allows end users to sell us their products easily,  quickly and conveniently.

We can also work directly with Dealers and IT companies who are able to offer their own surplus consumables or also the supplies of their customers. We can offer dealers an increased margin opportunity by selling our products. By selling to end users we are able to distribute B Grade or boxed damaged stock that the dealers or distributers would not be interested in.
