The main string of the Research and Development team works under the leadership of Mr. Mahendra Poddar. He has been constantly delving in the activities, touching the deepest roots to ensure access to the latest designs and the newest developments in textiles. The wonderfully styled display every year at the Heimtextil Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, is evidence of the team's hard work.
Our specialists in the Research and Development division are well informed and fully aware of the newest trends of textured, structured fabrics being in demand, and have carried out a large amount of work using new and innovative fabrics, continuously working towards newer printing styles and effects. Constant innovation, value addition, and the newest confection styles are always being developed to increase the value and marketability of the product.
Our biggest strength is our design. We have a well-established and a fully-equipped design studio as a part of our corporate office in Mumbai. Besides this we have a satellite design studio in UK.
The designs generated by our product development team are based on seasons, themes and colour concepts. Our designers are highly competitive and their work is based on the study of trend forecasts and market research done from time to time.
