Beside our traditional range of products for dry sausages - from very fast maturing cultures for the Northern and Eastern European markets to slow-maturing cultures for Mediterranean types of sausages, not forgetting our fast maturing cultures well suited to a great variety of dry sausages and pieces of meat in Europe and other Western markets - we will present at IFFA 2016 our new cultures for:
- cooked pieces of meat
- halal products, especially semi-cooked sausages made of poultry and turkey meat as well as beef sausages
