BK is an open and honest Dutch cookware brand that can only exist (and only wants to exist) by offering good products that are perfectly attuned to the requirements of the user. Those requirements vary from cooking techniques and design to energy consumption and ease of use. BK listens to its users and follows trends closely,
in order to be able to present fitting innovations of reliable BK quality. The customer-focused approach of founder Hendrik Berk is still deeply embedded in the genes of the BK brand and is expressed in our brand question: How would you like to cook?
Since mid 2010 BK and Gero are part of BK Cookware bv. In 2011 BK changed the logo, which is befitting of a new company, a new vision and a new pay-off. How would you like to cook?
This is how BK gives expression to its service-oriented and open-minded attitude. The theme revolves around the user and creates a space for entering into dialogue with users and serving them on all levels with service, tips and tailor-made innovation. BK wants to offer a helping hand in the kitchen: now and in the future. Each individual cooks differently. One person keeps it simple and effective, while the other sees it as a hobby. Nevertheless, those who cook simply throughout the week sometimes like to entertain lavishly at weekends. Cooking therefore plays a different role every day in people’s lives. Taking into consideration all that has happened in the culinary world over the past 160 years, Dutch durability, customer focus and quality has always endured.
