We aim at studying, developing and producing (also for private labels) innovative functional ingredients for the food industry, in particular the meat sector. We are constantly in pursuit of ingredients and raw materials which can guarantee a high functionality to the best “cost in use”, without ever neglecting the fundamental notions of product quality and “clean label”.
