A plate made from Hinoki (Japanese cypress) using the "tree bending" process peculiar to bent wood objects. Its form is simple, made by bending a single sheet of cypress into the shape of the number "9". Cypress wood has a refined and beautiful grain, which makes food look great on it. A polyurethane coating has been applied to the surface, so seasonings or oils will not stain it. It is also both light and easy to carry, and has a cylindrical section in which you can place napkins, chopsticks, cutlery and so on. Comes in 3 sizes, S - M - L.
