The Clay and Paint Factory based in Wandre (Liège) / Belgium was founded in 1923 under the name “Bodson-Nélis”. It is a family company which gives great organizational flexibility and the capacity to take decisions quickly.
The Clay and Paint Factory manufactures in Belgium hobby paints, varnishes and glues, air drying and oven hardening (polymer) modelling clays, silk paints as well as professional porcelain paints and markets different tattoos products and products for textile customisation (such as textile paints, stencils, iron-on transfers (hot-fix) and applications, real fabric with glitter, artificial leather, etc.).
The Company markets 7 worldwide well-known brands: CERNIT, DARWI, RAINBOW, ARASILK, H DUPONT, SCHJERNING and KI-SIGN.
With more than 2.400 products The Clay and Paint Factory exports to over 60 countries around the world and to all continents.
The main goal is to offer a more and more wide range of quality products giving everybody, artists – amateurs – children, the possibility to express his talents.
All products are made of high quality raw materials chosen in partnership with the leading international experts in chemistry, almost exclusively from Europe.
All products are submitted to a strict quality control in our own laboratory during the whole production procedure to ensure that all products are in conformity with our high quality standards.
All paints, clays, varnishes and glues are manufactured in the factory in Liège.
The respect of the environment is very important: TCPF has invested in a waste water treatment plant and in a photovoltaic installation on the entire roof of the building which allows covering more than 50% of the electricity needs.
Market trends and new products can be easily followed due to the own laboratory.
