Estonian Music Information Centre (EMIC) was established by 15 most important music organisations in 1995 and includes 19 member organisations today. The main task of EMIC is to promote Estonian classical and contemporary music by providing and sharing information about Estonian composers and their works, music organisations and their activities, musicians and music life in general. EMIC offers services and expertise about Estonian music to professionals and institutions in Estonia and abroad via the web page and personal contacts. EMIC also operates as a publisher and distributer of Estonian contemporary sheet music through the web store. The growing catalogue of the store comprises more than a thousand of works by talented composers of younger and middle generations, such as Tõnu Kõrvits, Galina Grigorjeva, Pärt Uusberg, Tatjana Kozlova-Johannes, Rene Eespere, Märt-Matis Lill, Mariliis Valkonen and many other. EMIC also sells books, booklets, CD-s and PL-s on Estonian music.
