Established in 1998, FET designs, develops and manufactures bespoke extrusion equipment for a wide range of high value textile material applications worldwide. In particular we excel at finding solutions where others cannot. Our success is based upon a unique design, developed over many years, which allows the configuration of the equipment to be changed simply, quickly and efficiently, thereby saving the client both time and money:
•A multi-functional design utilises a Combi-unit allows multiple configurations and formats, as required by the customer.
•This Extrusion Module can be mono-component, bi-component or tri-component.
•This allows Multi-Polymer capability, including PP, PET, PA and high temperature polymers.
•A single machine can operate in three main formats – Multifilament, Monofilament and Non-woven, which can readily be interchanged as required.
Flexibility is a key strength, with bespoke and standard installations provided, ranging in value from $250k to $3 million, operating in over 30 countries.

The FET process development laboratory
The FET in-house laboratory facility is a vital element of our service, enabling a high level of equipment and process development for our customers. Installed in this facility is a complete range of pilot extrusion lines capable of facilitating all aspects of research and development. All resources are put at your disposal to allow complete freedom of testing, evaluation and development to maximise the prospects of a successful outcome.
