Guitar Atelier Dieter Hopf
The name Hopf is first mentioned in connection with instrument making in 1669. Since then, the profession has been passed on from father to son. Dieter Hopf, who himself has over 40 years of experience making guitars, has persistently continued his efforts to develop better concert guitars. Noteworthy in this context is, for example, the floating soundboard system (f.v.t.s.), or the rosetta bridge. Hopf has patented both of these advances. On request, instruments can also be built to customer specifications. Each master instrument made by Hopf is unique, and the experience of generations ensures reliably high sound quality, superb craftsmanship and excellent playability.
