HEDD | Heinz Electrodynamic Designs is a Berlin based manufacturer of analog state-of-the-art studio monitors for all segments of music production, broadcast and installation. Founded by Klaus Heinz, founder and former CEO of ADAM Audio and his son Frederik Knop, a mastering engineer and musicologist, the family business designs not only speakers but also a modular input card system called the HEDD Bridge. It enables their monitors to handle digital audio protocols such as AES3/EBU, Dante or AES67. Later this year, USB and Wireless functionality will be added.
