Currently Anwar Textiles takes a pride in a weaving unit of more than 370 Looms, a modern spinning unit with 47,136 spindles, a rotor spinning unit and a yarn dyeing unit.

Anwar Silk Mills Limited:
Established in 1966 by the Chairman Mr. Anwar Hossain, Anwar Silk Mills Limited is the foundation of the entire Anwar group of Industries. The Company started producing moonlight fabrics with only 30 workers and 20 Japanese Jacquard Looms.
Currently the factory is equipped with over 550 weaving looms comprising of the state of the art Air-jet, Rapier and Terry shuttle-less looms.
The factory really took off the ground in 1969. Showing great innovation and foresight they soon diversified with high quality Home Textiles. Bathrobes, Aprons, Table linens, Napkins, Kitchen Towels to the US and Canada and its top-notch household and institutional Terry Products have earned a place in the shelves of most retail chain in Europe and the US.
At present it is equipped with 250 modern looms for weaving fabrics with Air-jet, Rapier Looms and 120 Looms for Terry towel.

Mehmud Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.:
The Textile Division Completed its vertical integration in 1996 with Mehmud Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. Becoming one of the pioneers of modern spinning mills in the country.
This project is designed as a backward linkage industry for the export oriented RMG sector. In 2015 the group made new investments for the expansion of the spinning unit. It consists of 47,136 spindle with auto doffing and auto transport system and 600 Rotor spinning from Rieter and produces combed-carded, Viscose, slub, Lecra, Compact Yarns.

Hossain Dyeing & Printing Mills Ltd.:
Established in 1984 Hossain Dyeing & Printing Mills Ltd. Is currently one of the largest dyeing, printing and finishing mills in the country.
HDP is equipped with the most advanced and sophisticated machines including CPB Dyeing Machines, Zimmer Rotary 13 & 17 colour and Flat BED printing machines with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, the company is undoubtedly amongst the most accomplished vertically integrated dyeing , printing and finishing mills In the country producing over 6 million yards of fabrics per month.
