In recent years, Hydrosol with its headquarters in Ahrensburg, near Hamburg, has established itself in the international market as a successful centre of excellence for the development of stabilising systems for specific applications. From hundreds of single components the “Stabiliser People” create tailor-made functional systems for dairy products, desserts, ice cream, deli foods, ready meals, and meat, fish and sausage products.
When developing its innovative ideas, Hydrosol benefits from cooperation with its sister companies in the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe. All the firms’ activities revolve around applications research on an area of more than 3,000 m² at the modern Technology Centre in Ahrensburg.
Hydrosol has representative offices worldwide, with branches of its own in Russia, Singapore, China, India, Mexico and Poland
