IFF Nonwovens uses 'state of the art' manufacturing equipment and manufacturing techniques coupled with the best quality raw materials to ensure that the product not only meets customer needs but exceeds their expectations. To ensure our commitment towards quality the machinery has been sourced from the leading specialist worldwide in nonwoven equipments - to name a few Trutzschler blending, Hergeth Carding & Dilo needle looms.
Our machines are very adaptable to the customer needs having the ability to process a wide array of fibers types & fiber deniers and fabric weights ranging upto 850 gsm. We can also impart various surface treatments such as singeing, calendering, glazing. Our chemical treatment facilities allows us to further enhance fabric properties with numerous applications such as oil & water repellency, flame retardancy, silicone finish, spark blocker finish etc. We also have expertise in lamination of various membranes/films to the needlepunched fabrics.
Our production facilities have been reinforced by a well-equipped QC lab boasting of some advanced instrumentation such as FTIR spectrometer which enables qualitative analysis of any fiber or fiber blend in fiber or fabric form, video microscopy in addition to tensile &bursting strength testers, air-permeability tester, water repellency tester etc.

We are capable of processing almost any fiber ranging from Polyester, Viscose, Polypropylene, Homopolymer & Co-polymer acrylic, Polyphenylene sulphide, Meta-aramid , Polyimide, Polyamide , blends with steel fiber etc without or with scrim in grammages ranging upto 900 accompanying various chemical and mechanical treatments.
