Established in 1992, INFORUM is specialised in dry cleaning software. This French company was founded by Pascal Berardozzi, a dry cleaning professional, who developed his own business application and wanted to share his expertise with the rest of the trade. In 2005 the company launched its first expansion and decided to market the first version of its flagship software: Gesticlean.
Today, Inforum has 9 employees organised around several strategic areas: business development, technical support, accounting/management. The products and services it sells are constantly evolving, in keeping with specific customer requests and changes observed in the market. Indeed, the main focus of Inforum's software solutions development is to anticipate the different evolutions of the textile care industry together with technical and technological advances, in order to keep up with the needs of dry cleaning outlets. To do this, the company has developed several solutions in the laundry and dry cleaning trades.
A benchmark in the laundry sector, Inforum works with the key players in the trade: French and foreign dry cleaning equipment vendors, franchises, etc., and today has users in more than 15 countries on 3 continents.
Today more than 1000 retail outlets are equipped with the firm's software, which thanks to its structure and expertise is equally capable of attending to small dry cleaning businesses in addition to more complex organisations such as franchises or chains.
The functional scope of the Gesticlean package is very broad and allows the management of: customer relationship, conveyor automation and multi-store management with complementary Back Office software...
The French market leader with its GestiClean dry cleaning software, Inforum is looking to expand its business expertise to the European market. To do this, the company is launching a brand new software package: Gesticlean Up’.
"We are conscious of the importance of IT tools in the management of retail outlets and our current challenge involves making our technology as accessible as possible, by combining simplicity, speed, user-friendliness and innovation..." explains Elsa Kopp, Sales Manager. Other benefits for future users include: attractive price structure, only needs an internet connection, permanent access to data...
GestiClean Up' will be officially launched at the Texcare trade fair in Frankfurt: Stand F53, Hall 08. More information onwww.gesticleanup.com
Dry cleaning sector
Gesticlean is Inforum's flagship software package - it is fully specialised for the dry cleaning industry. Its concept extends far beyond the simple functions of a cash register. Usable in touch mode, it is perfectly adapted to the needs of this particular trade. Gesticlean gives textile care professionals a range of tools that simplify their tasks: conveyor control, return management, remote control tools, multi-store management, production control tools... today Gesticlean is the French market leader.
Inforum now wishes to offer its dry cleaning expertise to a broader market with a solution that capitalises on the experience gained with its Gesticlean package.
This is the idea behind Gesticlean Up', a software solution available in SaaS mode, i.e., it operates from any device with an internet connection. The software will be presented in its first release at Texcare, and subsequently continue evolving until it acquires the functional scope of Gesticlean and even beyond. Indeed, Inforum wants to go further and propose new and innovative features for its users in the future.
