Kay Jay offers end-to-end solutions to its global customers, based on its extensive technology, product design and product development expertise. The engineering centre processes are well-designed to adopt best practices and technology, and to continuously improve upon them to meet the growing challenges. This facility includes high precision CNC, EDM, wire cut and high speed machines for machining of Tool and Dies. D-Form simulation software also available for the forging.
Over the years KAY JAY has created world-class capacities and capabilities. Our forging facilities consist of over 12 Drop Hammers ranging from 01 Ton to 02 Ton, 06 Forging Presses lines ranging from 500 Ton to 1600 Ton, Screw Forging, Friction Forging etc. All forging lines are highly flexible, which gives the company the inherent advantage to simultaneously meet different customer demands and optimize capacity utilization.
Our in-house Heat Treat Capabilities enhance the total control over the manufacture of quality forgings. The facility is capable of most of the required operations for our in house production, and has performed various requirements for specific heat treat needs for our customer base and specific industry requirements. The Finishing Shop has Shot Blasting Machines, Coining and Painting facilities.
Our machining facilities are world-class and comparable to the best in the industry. Over the years, we have acquired skills to build our own special purpose machinery such as CNC vertical turning, CNC drilling machine, CNC horizontal turning and CNC turning machine for specific needs.
The facility is supported by well-equipped and modern Tool Room, Standard Room, Metallurgical Lab and Design & Process facilities. And added to these are our flawless Inspection and Testing facilities that further take manufacturing standards to levels of excellence.
