KERA Interior® entered to export markets in 2014 and is the growing brand for design lights in acrylic. The products are mounted by hand and made in Finland.
Acrylic material is an optimal material for light translucency. Combined with contemporary forms this yields fine interior lights that will retain their value. Kera has a 45 year experience in acrylic thermo forming. Renown and productive designers have in turn given form and spirit.
Kera Interior specialises in interior home and public lighting. In collaboration with Finnish designers, Kera Interior develops elegant, timeless lighting solutions for homes and projects.
Kera Interior has its roots in the ‘Orno classics’ from the 1950's and 60's. In an acquisition in 1998, Kera Group received the manufacturing rights, moulds, and original drawings for lights designed by the renowned Orno designers.
In recent years, Kera Interior has also been investing very successfully in the designing of new models and the designing of new models continues. Kera Interior specialises in various geometric shapes, among them semi-spherical, two-thirds sphere, conical, and cubic forms. These lamps represent a timeless, clear language of form, accentuated by white acrylic.
An expert in lighting technology and the use of acrylic, Kera Interior is involved in many projects. As a smaller family based company the flexibility for customized projects is very wide. For those seeking a new image that enables standing apart through interior lighting, our company offers collaboration with architects and interior-design professionals.
Kera Interior is fully Finnish, from the design to the finished product.
