Through the deployment of Karl-Mayer direct warping machines, in one of the, most modern direct warping factories, we are able to fulfill all requirements for producing section warp beams with high quality. This fact guarentees maximum benefits in further processing of the section warp beams, especially for modern warp knitting machines.
The perfect combination between modern creel systems, aggregates of supply and brake synchronizations meets the high demand of our customers on the quality of our products.

In the warp knitting sector we are producing textile surfaces, which belong to knit wear. The warp knitting process is the most flexible way to produce different textile surfaces with high specific performance characteristics. Our warp knitted fabrics can be produced elastic, dimension stable, with open or closed structure, flat and three-dimensional.
