Lake Country Manufacturing is a privately owned manufacturer of buffing and polishing products sold worldwide. Our products are sold to the Industrial, PBE, Detailing, and Consumer markets through multiple distribution channels. We are driven by finding profitable solutions for our customers through the development of proprietary products and customized buffing systems. Lake Country currently holds 23 U.S. and international patents, which include the System 2000™ Padwasher, Variable Contact™ (VC) pads, Foam Buffing Ball, Scuff Ball™, and the new 1Pad Polishing System™. We also have several patent applications waiting review including CCS Technology™ and the Kompressor Pad System™.
Our sales and technical team is unmatched in the industry. We have over 60 years of in-the trenches, hands-on experience covering all aspects of body work, painting and buffing in the automotive, marine and aerospace industries. On the PBE side, our guys have work experience ranging from body shops to refurbishing collector cars and airplanes. Our team also includes a professional detailer who regularly works the Barrett-Jackson auctions and served as a judge for the Shine Award at SEMA. Lake Country’s facility and testing operations are set-up to fully utilize these technical resources. For instance, we installed a professional grade buffing station with lighting designed to replicate body shop conditions. We also have a deep knowledge of foam formulations and their buffing properties and currently source foams from manufacturers throughout the world. We use state of the art measuring equipment (gloss meter, etc.) to perform quantitative product and system evaluationsï¿½no guess work here. This superior expertise allows Lake Country to stay on top of industry changes, leading to innovative products and systems for our customers.
