Industrial Air Systems include air filtration, fiber recycling, waste disposal, bale presses and air conditioning systems for all textile processes. Luwa’s air handling components are developed to optimize the production process by increasing the operating hours, reducing maintenance cycles and consumption of raw material. Our overall solutions include the complete air conditioning plant manufacturing with components like pre-filter, fine-particle-filter, separators, compactors, high pressure humidifier, fans, controls, special air distribution elements (direct process conditioning or spot cooling).
Heat Recovery Systemsto recycle partially contaminated waste heat from finishing processes (dyeing, frames) and thus achieve energy and cost savings. The required heat recovery systems include options such as air-to-air, air-water, air purification and water-water concepts (single machines, groups of machines or overall solutions).
