Marand is a Polish company producing high quality warp knitted fabrics made of poliamide and poliester. It was established in 1981 and remained a family-run business benefiting from years of experience and tradition.
Profiting from scientific and technological backgroud of the Lodz region we employ highly qualified specialists and technologists. We continue to modernise our machinery resources and extend capabilities. This year we are moving the production into a new modern production hall in order to improve processes, shorten the lead time and enhance the internal quality control system.
Wide experience, flexibility in customer relations and modern management enables us to deliver our products to broad market. We cooperate with both small local companies and big European concerns adapting the terms of cooperation to customers needs.
Investments, know-how and innovations in products and management allow us to constantly improve standard of services and quality of our products.
Marand's production is divided into knitting division with over 30 machines and warping division with 3 warpers.
We specialise in production of technical textiles of weight ranging from 15 to 250 gsm. This includes tulles, scims, meshes, velours and velcro-receptive velours, tricots, linings and many others.
Bias bindings cut from our fabrics are also an important part of our activity. For our products we use the best quality yarns and we cooperate with leading Polish dye-houses.
We adapt our production to altering market demands. We are open to new ventures in product development.
