The Neuenhauser Group of Companies is a systematic multi-range group in mechanical engineering with activities in different fields.
Due to an intensive strategy of acquisitions under the management of Bernd Voshaar, the company grew from a small firm set up in a wash kitchen under the name of "Hans Voshaar Bauschlosserei" by Hans Voshaar (1921-1996) in 1955, into a group of companies.
The Group pursues global activities, sells its products to customers in many parts of the world and is the market leader in partial markets in the machine building sector.
The Neuenhauser Group acts as holding of at present 25 companies with 2,350 employees and annual sales about 409 million Euro in 2007.
All subsidiaries act as independent entities. The wide range of products in many segments of machine and plant construction makes the Neuenhauser Group independent of any single market and therefore reduces the possible effects of ups and downs in the markets.
The firms of the Neuenhauser Group are active in textiles, job orders, commercial vehicles, machine elements, compressors, environmental equipment and products for the steel industry, with growth strongest, at present, in wind power systems and commercial vehicles.
A growing range of products and increasing demand by customers in the different areas served requires constant investments at substantial level to ensure the stability and solid growth of the Group also in future.
Our particular interest is to see that the climate within the Group is technology and innovation friendly and that unconventional ways of thinking and new ideas are encouraged. We attach great attention to maintaining a high-level corporate culture which is mainly based on two principles: "Treat anyone the way you would like to be treated" and "Do what you say and say what you do".
