You can find us in HALL 4.1 STAND F59 where we will be presenting our main applications for fresh meat and meat products.
Our ‘Efficient’ range: star products for the IFFA
Our ‘Efficient’ products are multi-layer materials used to manufacture tray lids and which belong to the category of SP Group Cost-Efficient products, as they have the double function of saving you money while ensuring the functional efficiency of the product. They guarantee maximum peeling efficiency, minimum thickness, very clean welds, flat laminates and, in addition, do not use chlorine products.
The novelty of these products is that this material can also be welded directly into a polyester base. This quality is in great demand by manufacturers in the meat sector today, as it means we can guarantee their trays, and any excess material from manufacture*, are 100% recyclable. There are currently two versions of the product on the market.SOL Efficient, a high-barrier complex, and R-Closing Efficient, a complex that provides the open/close option on polyester after the packaging has been opened. Both materials help companies reduce costs, storage, transport, ecotaxes and energy.
*once the lid material has been removed.
We are also presenting our innovative OFFSET printing technology, with central drum and EB (electron beam) ink, which ensures high quality print and definition on flexible packaging, as well as being faster and more environmentally friendly.
One of the main advantages of this technique is its accompanying commitment to sustainability, given that it uses inks that do not contain solvents and are quick-drying and resistant.Another of the great advantages of this technique is faster production.SP GROUP boasts a team of experts who specialise in offset printing on flexible packaging. They are responsible for helping our customers choose the right project for their needs using this revolutionary technique.
