Apart from stringent control of materials, it is essential that all manufacturing processes be in control. Keys to Protec’s manufacturing process control includes monitoring of electronic temperature and cycle control of all presses, accurate pressure regulation, calibrated post cure ovens, a clean working environment and the ability to match the best trim methods for each part. Another key element is our knowledgeable staff and a streamlined management system that allows us to act upon line input, in real time.
