Standard Fiber was founded in 1998 with one goal in mind: to deliver exceptional bedding products and customer service at the lowest costs possible. In doing so, we became the first bedding company to combine U.S.-based product design, customer service, and technology with the cost benefits and manufacturing capabilities that are best achieved in Asia.
Today we are an industry leader in home bedding products and textile manufacturing and one of the largest producers of basic bedding products in the world. We work hand-in-hand with our customers – manufacturers, distributors, and other trading companies – to supply the innovative bedding solutions today’s consumers want, at the most competitive price.
From customer to consumer, Standard Fiber designs and manufactures bedding textiles for some of the world’s most trusted and recognized brands.
The company grew to over $180 million in annual sales over the past 15+ years, shipping more than 4,000 containers and over 100 million products worldwide in 2013. Standard Fiber's products are on the shelves of every major retailer in the united States from Wal-Mart to Neiman Marcus.
Standard Fiber’s manufacturing facilities in China are key to providing you with the products your customers want, at the most competitive price. From printing to dyeing to cutting and sewing to filling and finishing - concept to completion, our vertically-integrated manufacturing facilities provide you with more flexibility and faster turnaround times than most other bedding manufacturers in the market.
Headquartered in San Francisco, Standard Fiber oversees its business operations from four corporate offices (San Francisco, Beijing, and two in Shanghai). Our product manufacturing is concentrated in four strategic and cost-attractive locations in China - Luan, Yancheng, NanTong, and Hangzhou. These state-of-the-art production facilities encompass 1,450,000 square feet of production space and employ over 3,800 people. We also manage a network of over 40 supplier factories to ensure our competitive position on delivery times and prices.
