Ltd. widely recognized in the industry by the brand name “TT”. The products find vide application in the wiring harnesses of automobiles, Appliances &electrical equipments. It was a natural progression for the company to venture into plastic connectors for application with the main product of cable terminal as company had the adequate precision engineering capabilities. Costumer’s insistence has ensured that TT has become a major player in custom built stamped and injection molded plastic part.With two manufacturing facilities in MUMBAI & Chakan (PUNE), ”TT” currently manufactures approximately 4 million stamped parts and 0.75 million Plastic parts every day. “TT” energizes Indian Automobiles, Appliances & Electrical products for last 22 years and is well backed by ISO-TS-16949 certificated systems.With a state of art modern in –house tooling facility, High Speed Stamping lines, Plastic Injection Moulding facility. “TT” provides end to end solutions for Terminals, Connectors & custom built parts, both in Metal and Plastics for all type of applications / end use.
TT offers engineering solution from the concept, 3D modeling, CAD designing, rapid prototyping, CAE solution. Wide ranging testing facilities include electrical, Mechanical, Water tightness, Thermal shock, thermal aging, vibration covering the entire tests required the reliability tests of connectors and terminals. Plastics processed include Nylon 6 / Nylon 66 filled & unfilled, PP, PBT & FR grades.Other products offered include corrugated tubes for wiring cover applications, custom built stamped / molded parts etc. TT also offers various products for insert molded portfolio to meet specific customer demand.
TT has two sophisticated tool rooms located at Mumbai & Pune. Tool room machines include 2 VMCs, 11 CNC Wire cuts, 15 EDMs & a line of conventional machines such as surface grinders & milling machines. Needless to say each tool room is ably supported with adequately trained manpower from national tooling institutes.
With each tool room dedicated for press tool & mold, the development of multiple projects is handled with ease. Projects are monitored on a time bound management to avoid delays at any stages. Product engineering department completes the validation processes for each product as per the laid down procedures.
Engineers with years of experience are establishing that every product produced at TT factories are meeting all the critical parameters laid down under various National and International quality parameters. In fact TT has many products under UL listing .Internally developed software system ensure traceability at all stage and raises alerts at various stages of processes to avoid repetition of customer complaints.
Having possession of an in-house design unit & CAD facility enables us in undertaking a streamlined, hassle free & uncluttered production process at our unit.
Our manufacturing facility is furnished with latest technology machines of high speed stampings, injection molding & multislides that aid us in producing over 3 million terminals & quarter million connectors on a daily basis with efficiency.
CAPABILITIES:TT has fully equipped design centers at both Mumbai & Pune plants. With latest software in use, 3D Models & rapid prototyping is done at the APQP stage to achieve product perfection. All these CAD abilities are supported with a high tech tool room at both locations.
