THD - fabric winder
The winder is designed especially for winding high density fabric packages, woven from glass fibre. A high density and highly compact package build-up is ensured by the combination of three winding principles: central winding by the driven winding mandrel in the package axis plus surface winding by the driving rolls on the package surface plus additional compression by a pressing roll.
Rewinding line for fabrics
This equipment consists of two main parts – winder and unwinder. Both parts are compatible that is why the (un) winding process can be carried out both directions.
Fully Automatic Rewinder
Used for the production of glass fibre fabrics end user rolls. High production flexibility. Accurate edge guiding. Integrated length cutting device. Adhesive applicator used for fabrics sticking on the core.
The CSM winder is used for take-up winding of chopped strand mat and is located at the end of a CSM (chopped strand mat) line.
