In order to achieve even greater laser material processing quality, Universal has developed an optical recognition system – the so-called UCR Camera Registration. A camera mounted on an optical slit and connected to the easy-to-use UCR-Software records the exact position of the registrations marks on the master, recognizes deviations in the print and dynamically adjusts the cutting path. Perfect and accurate contour cutting is thus guaranteed.
The entire product spectrum from ULS includes laser systems with bed sizes ranging from 406 x 305 mm to 1220 x 609 mm and laser power levels from 10 to 500 watt CO2 or 40 to 50 watt for fiber laser sources. As a leading supplier of laser devices, ULS manufactures its own air-cooled CO2-laser sources. This guarantees independence and optimal compatibility between all components.
