Vetro Polska Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1996, at first focusing on simple processing and bending of flat glass. Most of our production at the time was glass lamp bowls used in decorative lighting applications. By using fairly modern technologies and experience of the staff which were mostly acquired from the HSO “Ząbkowice” window glass works closed in 1997, we have quickly risen to the leading position in the Polish market and started receiving more orders from foreign customers. In 2000, the company moved to Czeladź. The increased production space provided an opportunity for more dynamic development. The requirements related to the increasing demands of our customers – both in quantity and quality – directly cause further development. In 2002, we purchased first of the new CNC machines for glass cutting and machining. Since that time, the company implements new investment on a yearly basis to modernise their equipment base or broaden production capabilities with new technologies, such as thermal glass tempering or water jet cutting. In 2009, Vetro Polska Sp. z o.o. founds a new company called ENEEKO, which after obtaining appropriate certification in 2010 starts the production of photovoltaic panels based on EU-made components exclusively. Unfortunately, the lack of appropriate legislation in the field of renewable energy sources and the unfair competition of Chinese manufacturers forces us to stop the production of PV panels. Based partly on our own experience and organisational structures, in 2014 the company decides to open an internal metal machining branch in order to complement the offer with additional components. Our glass and metal products are used not only by lighting manufacturers but find their way into other industries, such as home appliances, furniture or measurement equipment. Our current production capabilities, experience and skill in design using modern software enable us to deliver on highly complex and challenging projects.
