WomenCraft builds on the cultural traditions and talents of more than 300 women who work as members of WomenCraft groups to create our products – beautiful, functional and durable items that bring a unique touch of Africa to any home. All WomenCraft artisans weave exclusively for WomenCraft.
WomenCraft, a community-driven social enterprise, operates from Ngara, Tanzania and within the post-conflict tri-border area of Burundi, Rwanda and Tanzania. Our mission is to increase economic opportunity by bringing talented artisans together through a social enterprise, facilitating their growth and connecting their artistry to the world marketplace.

WomenCraft is participating at Ambiente 2016 through the CBI’s (Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries) export coaching programme.
