One of the principles is adding 30% of alumina to the mixture of clays. Thus, after going through high temperature firing at 1350°C in the kilns, we make The First Choice Professional Alumina Porcelain.
For food safety, we only make professional alumina porcelain using Lead-Free glaze. The hard glaze assures long-term functional integrity and enhances food presentation.
