Operations – Weaving
The units have 440 air jet looms. The air jet looms come from Tsudakoma of Japan. The latest installations of air jet looms operate in a new custom built weaving facility supported by the most modern yarn preparation equipment.
These units produce fine quality lawns, sheeting, twills, dobbies, satins, Percales, Voiles, Duck, Flannel and other fancy fabrics with a width of up to 320 cms.
Operations – Pretreatment, Printing, Dyeing, Finishing
The wet processing unit is equipped with a wide range of state of the art machines which gives ACS a flexible processing possibility and an edge over its competitors.
ACS Textiles has sophisticated rotary printing machines Capable of printing up to 12 colors on fabrics as wide as 290 cm.
State of the Dyeing is possible in pigment, reactive and VAT dyes. Besides finishes, various other treatments such as stain release, water repellent, and crease recovery are possible.
Operations – Design & Styling
ACS Textiles design studios are staffed with experienced artists with capabilities to meet the most stringent requirements in design and to adapt to different color ways to meet the requirements of each individual country.
Operations – Hemming - House Hold Textile
The company has a well-equipped Stitching Division where a vast range of home textile & hospitality products are made. These include Quilted Bed-in-a-Bag Items, Bed Linen, Curtains, Kitchen Linen & Table Linen. We also produce certain value added products with the use of special European sewing machines like such bourdons, pin tucks, picoting and embroidery All orders are planned through Product Planning & Control and Industrial Engineering departments so that right quality of product and timely shipment of the orders is achieved.
Operations – Quality Control
Quality control processes are set up at every stage of production with the strictest of quality standards to adhere to; ensuring all production is of the highest standard.
The quality control personnel conduct pre-inspection of goods at different stages to maintain international standards and to ensure customer satisfaction on a regular basis.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION POLICIES
ACS Textiles (Bangladesh) Ltd pursue long term corporate objectives towards conservation in the use of electricity, gas and water for setting up an environmental management system. We plan to meet global environmental challenges in all areas. The Company strongly believes in environmental protection. To keep the environment free of pollution, an effluent treatment plant has been installed on site with a capacity of 400,000 gallons per day which is certified by ISO 14001 – 2004.
